LEAGUE CONSTITUTION

• The Victoria Men's Masters League is a MENS ONLY OVER 40 slo-pitch league.
• The Victoria Men's Masters League will not allow Men under the age of 40 to participate in playing league games or tournaments deemed Men's Masters Over 40 under any circumstances.
• The Victoria Men's Masters will not allow women of any age to participate in any league games or tournaments deemed Men's Masters Over 40 under any circumstances.
• While umpiring league games the player must be a rostered Men's Masters Over 40 player.

Amendments as of March 24, 2009

• Any team within the "A" division of the VMMSL may reduce the age limit of players from 40 to 35 years of age.
• All teams within the "B" and "C" divisions will maintain the age limit of 40 years and older.
• This amendment will take effect at 12:00 AM March 25, 2009.

Amendments as of May 15, 2006

• A team manager may sign a player whether it be a man or woman in a nonplaying role on their roster for insurance purposes only.
• A carded umpire whether it be man or woman may participate as an umpire in the Victoria Men's Masters Over 40 League games as well as tournaments.
• This constitution has no Grandfather clause.
• Any team not adhering to these rules will cause the game not to be played which will be deemed a loss by the guilty party.
• The amendments to this constitution will take effect at 12 midnight on Sunday, May 15, 2006.
